Watch the progress as we bring this home back from major damage
Some downtown Columbia homeowners got a major surprise this week when a wind storm brought the outside into their home. A tree came through the roof causing major damage.
We have a lot of experience with major restorations like this. After the 1000 year flood in Columbia we acted as the general contractor for many homes needing total restoration. We worked with the insurance company and the homeowner to put Columbia families back in their homes as quickly as possible.
We will be posting updates on the downtown Columbia home pictured here. Keep watching for more info...

Think your Roof might have Hail Damage? Here's what to do.
When a storm carrying hail comes through Columbia it causes damage to cars, trees, and roofs. Roof damage caused by hail can cause immediate leaks, but more commonly it will cause functional damage that will lead to leaks over time if not repaired.
So what should you do after a hail storm?
No matter who you choose for your roof inspection and/or roof repair, you will want to vet your vendor. Choose a roofing company that is in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, and with a reputable roofing manufacturer. (Joye Roofing holds an A+ with the BBB, and we are a Preferred Contractor through Owens Corning as well as CertainTeed.)
